Returns Policy

When you purchase a reproduction map from CDR Group, the area of coverage you see on screen is the area we print.

We therefore ask that you check and double check the area you see on screen carefully as once the map is printed it cannot be returned if you have chosen the wrong area.

Please note that these reproductions are copies of the working maps held by Sheffield Archives. They are not perfect originals. There may be additional notes, tears, stains and other marks.

We will however accept return of a map if:

• the map dispatched is not the map that was ordered.

To return an item, please wrap it securely and give us the reason for the return so that we can improve our service. Make sure that your name, address and if possible original order details are listed so that we can either replace the goods or issue a refund.
